Auto dealership, Vospers, signs up with RWA

Following a substantial evaluation process, Vospers have turned to RWA to help them unlock the potential of their data. Vospers had found like other multi outlet auto dealers that data was difficult to extract from their DMS and data resided in many different silos and spreadsheets. Their requirement was to bring all this data together into one place so that they could have executive dashboards that were drillable by outlet, franchise, new cars, used cars and aftersales. They also required information and reports to be disseminated automatically to each manager, based on their job role. RWA’s secure cloud solution ticked all the boxes at an affordable price.

RWA will give Vospers complete transparency of their group operational performance so more accurate decisions can be made faster at all levels in the company. Vospers will be empowered to identify areas of opportunity, improve inefficiencies and increase profitability across its Sales and Aftersales departments.

Implementation will commence in June and is due to be completed by September. However, the solution will continue to evolve with Vospers’ and other dealer group’s needs.
