Onboarding your car dealership
For groups that decide they want to move ahead with the RWA analytics solution, a couple of things are going to happen very quickly.
- First, you sign the onboarding documentation.
- We work with all our customers in an ongoing subscription model. That's great news for you as it means there's no heavy capital investment up front.
- In terms of the technical set up, we take a lot of that work off your hands. We've got a great implementation team here, where we can work more or less immediately. Most of the work from your side will simply be making sure we can access the data correctly and then a period of validation.
- Next you'll be looking to roll out the business intelligence solution across your teams, getting them engaged and actively using the system.
- We've got a dedicated customer success team where you have a single, dedicated account manager that will work with all the individuals in your business, bringing them together and walking them through the reports, joining them for virtual calls, they are always available either by email or telephone call.
- All of that will happen within the first three months and at least once every six months we'll have a formal review process where we sit down with you and your colleagues to identify just exactly how effective the tool is and see what we can do over the following six months to make sure it continues to grow and become an increasingly valuable resource for your business.
