Just to put in perspective we used to get an email weekly from our store managers reporting on Last Week’s sales. With our new reports, we felt confident in taking out these emails which saves the mangers time in the stores when they were emailing all 3 buyers, and saves the buyers time in reading and responding to all 15 emails every Monday! Our Monday used to focus a lot on Last Week, whereas now we have the time to focus on this week and planning for next week. This is where we can make more of an impact!
