Pharmacy’s Finest Hour: The Road Ahead for Community Pharmacy Post Covid-19
In this webinar, we took a moment to reflect on the great work done by community pharmacies and discussed the key learnings over the last six months.
We have just completed a successful webinar partnering with the Pharmacy Show!
Paul Counter, our Business Development Manager and Adele Curran, our Chief Customer Officer were joined by Leyla Hannbeck, CEO of The Association of Independent Multiple Pharmacies (AIM), Alex Pay, Managing Director at Paydens Pharmacy Group and Kevin Murphy, Superintendent Pharmacist at Wellbeing Pharmacies Group, CEO & Co-Founder at MedPoint for a wide ranging discussion on what the new normal really means for your pharmacy and how you can adapt to capture the opportunities created.
In the webinar, we took an important moment to reflect on the great work that has been done by community pharmacies up and down the country and pay tribute to the staff who have been on the frontline before getting the real numbers, showing what has been happening nationwide across major metrics such as items and services.
We found out from each of our panellists what their key learning has been from the last six months and asked how all of this has affected the way community pharmacy works with the NHS. Innovation was a major theme and together we attempted to draw out how pharmacy can, not just support the nation going forward, but how it can adapt its approach, bringing together people, technology and process on a journey of transformation to deliver profitable and effective healthcare.
