We have been very busy with multiple events over the last couple of months. Take a look at some highlights from these events!
The Pharmacy Show
Pharmacy Show 2019 was our most successful Pharmacy Show yet. We caught up with more customers, met new prospective customers and connected with more potential partners than ever before.
This year at the Pharmacy Show, Adele, our CCO, introduced our new financial module to a full house at the Technology Theatre. For the first time ever, English pharmacy groups can automatically predict their FP34 payments, reconcile their payments automatically and manage their margins. Visitors to the stand were also amazed that we can now take in wholesaler invoices electronically and calculate their margins and identify invoicing and buying mistakes.

Motor Trader Summit
We were delighted to join the Motor Trader Summit 2019 as one of the event sponsors and speakers! This year the Motor Trader Summit brought exceptional speakers under its theme, “Boosting Dealer Profitability in 2020,” and focused on best practices in new and used car profitability, online marketing and e-commerce retailing.
Neil, our Automotive Data Scientist, delivered a smashing presentation on how data can help dealers to boost their profitability, especially on the Used Car side. Neil’s presentation also gave insights on how to overcome challenges including managing dealers’ pipeline more efficiently.

Pharmacy Customer Meeting London
Our UK Pharmacy customers joined us for a customer meeting on Tuesday, 5th November in the Hilton London Bankside. This gathering was a great opportunity for our customers to connect with each other and to have an open discussion about RWA’s UK Pharmacy solutions.
We reviewed the existing reporting system and modules, as well as introduced our new enhancements and developments including the new FP34 prediction module. This new module helps our customers to predict their payments, calculate real margins each month, and show where groups have not been paid correctly by the NHS. The insights provided by our FP34 prediction module will be very helpful for community pharmacies to improve their cash flow management.
There was lively discussion between presenters and delegates. We received valuable inputs from our customers, which will be included in our future developments and product enhancements.

Moving Forward with Data
The new 5-year contract under The NHS Long Term Plan is one of the biggest changes in community pharmacy practice since 2005. Following the success of the previous event, Chartering New Waters with Data, in Manchester earlier this year, we brought Moving Forward with Data to London on Wednesday, 5th of November.
Senior UK pharmacy executives and industry experts joined us for a discussion about the opportunities for community pharmacies under the new contract, and how they can thrive rather than just survive. The presentations delivered by our exceptional speakers covered topics such as the new 5-year contract to practical insights for future business planning. Each presentation followed by a very interactive discussion.
One of the key takeaways of the event was that community pharmacies in the UK should start to focus on the delivery of new services and meanwhile, improve their dispensing process to achieve more profitable business.

Automotive Management LIVE
Our first exhibition at Automotive Management LIVE in Birmingham was a huge success. We got to talk with a lot of dealers about their pain points. They told us about their reporting challenges around their data; it’s accessibility and the time it takes to collate it and how it holds their business back. We also picked up some great new ideas for future developments which will solve more problems for dealer groups.
Neil's presentation had a full house in Theatre 2, we were delighted to see so many people interested in data. Co-presenters, Aaron and Paul from Vospers, highlighted their competitive advantage within the automotive industry through RWA’s solution and how they have become a more data-driven dealer group. Vospers also demonstrated how passionate they are about their business and their commitment to look for continuous improvements.
We look forward to following up on those conversations and catching up with everyone that came to talk with us.
