We found out from each of our panellists what their key learning has been from the last six months and asked how all of this has affected the way community pharmacy works with the NHS. Innovation was a major theme and together we attempted to draw out how pharmacy can, not just support the nation going forward, but how it can adapt its approach, bringing together people, technology and process on a journey of transformation to deliver profitable and effective healthcare.
