’’McCabe’s integrated Real World Analytics with our EPoS provider (TouchStore) in February 2020. This was our first integration with RWA and honestly it was smooth sailing. Soon after integration we very quickly saw the benefits of RWA layered onto Touchstore. When Covid struck hard in March 2020, we had a number of replenishment challenges. Our online sales saw exponential growth which we quickly had to react to, to ensure a steady supply of stock. Using RWA, we could see customer/ product trends and it enabled us to stock our business according to demand without tying up capital in unnecessary inventory. By using intelligent RWA reporting, we were able to move our replenishment back to central control therefore releasing our in store colleagues to spend more time with our customers. Yes, you can. We work with you to tailor the reports so you will get the results you want. We understand that nothing stays the same and your needs will change over time. These changes are typically included in the standard subscription price.

We integrate with a number of systems/applications, including EMIS, Positive Solutions, Cegedim and TITAN, please contact us for more details.

​How can I access my pharmacy business intelligence dashboards and reports?

You can access your pharmacy bi dashboards by logging into the portal, where you will have access to the drillable dashboards and reports. The portal can be accessed on any device including tablets and mobile phones connected to the Internet with a browser. All you need is your login and unique password. We also provide automated reports, which are sent directly to your team via email. You can also subscribe yourself to any reports you need which will be delivered to your email inbox.

​How does your pharmacy analytics solution work?

RWA’s Pharmacy Business Intelligence (BI) solutions automatically pulls the data from your PMR, EPOS systems and other applications into one location and presents back to you interactive & easy-to-read reports with insights and visualisations that will help you maximise your profits and efficiency. It is the one place you go to manage all your business operations. You can login to the pharmacy bi system for the information and/or have the specific reports are automatically emailed to each person within the organisation.

​How many people can have access to the pharmacy system and reports?

There is a fixed amount of login accounts (viewing users) delivered depending on the size of your company. Additional logins can be added at £25 per user per month. As many people you like can get reports delivered to them by email.

​I don’t have time to look at complicated reports. Are your pharmacy business intelligence reports easy to read?

Our pharmacy bi reports are very easy to read. Firstly, they are collated so that you only see what you need - typically one or two pages. If you need further detail, this is available further down the report or in a drill down. Extensive use is made of visualisations so that information can be absorbed quickly and easily. Exception reporting is the preferred reporting approach, so you don’t have to read much.

​Is my pharmacy data secured? How do I know my data is well protected?

Your data is secured with us. The cloud-based application, and our company is ISO 27001 certified which is the highest certification available. Audits are conducted twice a year by the certification authority. This gives you the assurance that your sensitive data is safe with us. We also have full accreditation from NHS Digital.

​Is your pharmacy analytics software lengthy and disruptive to set up? How much time will I need to put in?

No, it is not. We require a little bit of your technical time to set up the data transfer at the start. There is a little training required. Some customers need help to get this imbedded into their business and we help you with this too. We also provide online trainings through video calls to provide better flexibility.
