We’re really pleased to be rolling out a Front of Counter branch dashboard to all of our retail pharmacy customers. This gives your branch managers a clear and concise view of their results for the previous month and benchmarks them against your group performance.
Key metrics shown are:
- Last Month Net Sales and performance against budget and last year, with internal benchmarking
- 12 month growth trend in key departments
- Negative and High Value Stock counts and values
- Stockholding values and cover for key departments
- Upsell, ABS and ATV trends with internal benchmarking
This will be rolled out to all customers but won’t be automatically scheduled to stores, please contact us in order to arrange this. Our retail pharmacy product is integrated with McLernons, TouchStore and Retail Solutions, and continues to grow steadily.
