Real World Retail in association with TONiC Consultancy announce the event “Pharmacy Business – Spinning Plates for Profit 2015” which takes place on Thursday 26th March in the Spencer Hotel, Excise Walk, IFSC, Dublin 1.
Independent and group Pharmacists from all over the country will gather together to hear from experts and their peers about ways to improve the business performance of their pharmacies. Whilst the government has reduced the reimbursement levels of drug support schemes and consumer confidence remains low there is good news. Some groups and independent pharmacies have taken initiatives to replace these margins and reduce costs, and in some cases have improved bottom line performance. Improvements have been realised in the dispensary and at the front of counter. You will get to hear how they have achieved this from the speakers and in the informal networking opportunities. Other business issues facing Irish pharmacy will also be covered, these include; Valuation of Pharmacies, Generics and Reference Pricing, the pros and cons of franchising, outsourcing, legal compliance, tax planning for owners, data mining and time management.
Following a morning of presentations, lunch will be provided and the presentations will resume in the afternoon with a close time of 4pm.
