We provide business intelligence solutions to pharmacy, auto dealers and retailers. We help them realise the potential of their business by turning their data into insights and drive their performance. Our solutions help our customers to pull data from their main transactional system and third-party apps into one place and provide actionable insights through drillable dashboards and automated reports.

Information we collect

We may gather name, business email, phone number for the purpose of sending out marketing communications to our B2B contacts, on the basis of our legitimate interests except where such interests outweigh the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of data subjects.

IP Addresses

When you visit our site, we recognise only your domain name and not your email address. We log your IP address, browser’s user agent, and referring address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our website and to identify unique users. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information.

Phone Numbers

We collect your phone number to communicate with you in relation to our sale process, this is done on the basis of our legitimate interest to conclude sales with prospective clients.

Email Addresses

Using your email address, we will communicate with you via email and might inform you from time to time of services or other information which we think may be of interest to you. We process this information in Salesforce and Mailchimp.

MailChimp tracks email activity such as opens, link clicks, and unsubscribes which is industry standard. This is done via the placing of single pixel gifs, also known as web beacons, in every email sent using Mailchimp. We automatically place single pixel gifs, also known as web beacons, in every marketing email we send using Mailchimp. These are tiny graphic files that contain unique identifiers that enable us to recognise when you have opened an email or clicked certain links. These technologies record your email address, IP address, date, and time associated with each open and click for a campaign. We use this data to create reports for about how an email campaign performed and what actions you took.

While you may not have the ability to specifically reject or disable these tracking technologies, in many instances, these technologies are reliant on cookies to function properly; accordingly, in those instances, declining cookies will impair the functionality of these technologies.  You can read detailed information about cookies served through Mailchimp here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/cookies/
